PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily crush a can by concentrating a load from an axial direction of the can after drinking without deforming at the time of manufacturing process of the can and transportation thereof. SOLUTION: A can 2 for beverage having a can body 1, a lid part 3 provided in the upper end of the can body 1 and a bottom part 4 provided in the lower end of the can body 1 comprises a bending promoting structure 5 in an accordion shape in which expanded diameter parts 6 and reduced diameter parts are alternatively and continuously formed in the can body 1 in order to promote bending in an axial direction of the can body 1, and a stress concentration part 8 which is formed in a part of the bending promoting structure 5.
