PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly contact the whole cutting blade with an anvil bar when cutting a plurality of window holes side by side, and to dislocate a position by rotating the anvil bar when a flaw by abutting to the cutting blade becomes deep. SOLUTION: The anvil bar 1 is inclined at a required angle in the rotational direction of the cutting blade 9, and is set in a holder 2 in a state of curving according to curvature of the cutting blade 9. The anvil bar 1 is pressed and fixed in a recessed part 4 by a presser bar 3 of the anvil bar having a shape of a base having an axial cross section fastened by a fixing screw 8. Both end parts of the inner bottom of the recessed part 4 are heightened by installing a butting plate.
