PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce rolling, pitching, and yawing of a hull, and to reduce hull resistance by improving anti-rolling effect. SOLUTION: This anti-rolling device includes a roll angle sensor 16, a gyro 17, and a control device 20. The control device 20 is provided with a subtracter 18 for obtaining a deviation to a reference rolling angleαb(=0) from a rolling angleαs, a subtracter 19 for obtaining a deviation to a target azimuth angleδb(=0) from an azimuth angleδs, and a control arithmetic part 21. The arithmetic part 21 operates a rolling angular velocity deviation±αωobtained from a rolling angle deviation±αs and a fin operation angleαfor reducing an azimuth deviation±δs, and outputs the operation angleαas a control signal to a fin stabilizer power part 13, and at the same time obtains an operation steering angleδfrom the rolling angular velocity deviation±αωand the azimuth deviation±δs and outputs the operation steering angleδas the control signal to a steering machine 11.
