A cyber money management system for storing cyber money of cash or points and at once paying the stored cyber money when an electronic business transaction is conducted via a computer and Internet network. A cyber money management program (31 or 33) is installed in a users computer (30 or 32) to acquire and utilize cyber money or cash or points when the computer is connected to an Internet network (20) offline as well as online. The cyber money management system temporarily preserves cash deposited in a bank and cash or points acquired on the Internet. As needed, the system can transfer the stored cash directly to a bank account or at once pay it to other users. Therefore, the cyber money management system provides cyber money capable of being conveniently used in association with accounts opened in financial institutions. |
