<p>A low power consumption self-luminous display in which variation in the characteristics of a driving element for a light emitting pixel is suppressed and variation in the emission luminance of light emitting element is eliminated. Each of a plurality of light emitting pixels arranged in matrix is provided with a photoelectric converting section receiving light emitted from the light emitting pixel and current flowing through the light emitting pixel is controlled using a voltage obtained from the photoelectric converting section. Means for suppressing variation in the luminance of the light emitting element regardless of variation in the conversion gain at the photoelectric converting section is also provided.</p> |
