PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back frame in a vehicular seat equipped with a three point support seat belt where strong rigidity to withstand shock load imposed on a tower frame is maintained, weight reduction is promoted and, a retractor is prevented from coming into contact with a seated person in a crash. SOLUTION: The seat back frame 30 is constituted of a pipe frame 30 arranged along the outer shape of the seat back 12, and a tower frame 50 soldered to the pipe frame 30 and maintaining the rigidity of one side part of the seat back 12. The tower frame 50 is formed of a side bracket 51 on outer side, a side bracket 52 on inner side and an insert brace 53. Brackets 26, 27 are fixed to the lower pipe 43 of the seat back frame 30 arranged at the inner side of the tower frame 50 lower part. A retractor 20 is fixed with brackets 26, 27 in a manner to be picked from the vehicle longitudinal direction.
