PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the shaft length of a throttle shaft and to smoothly and effectively turn two operation drums connected to an acceleration pedal and a cruise control device respectively. SOLUTION: A throttle drum 38, in which a first return spring 54 is arranged, is arranged in the throttle shaft 18 freely rotationally. On the outside of the throttle drum 38, a cruise control drum 62, in which a second return spring 72 is arranged, is arranged freely rotationally. A disc part 42 of the throttle drum 38 is arranged in the periphery of a bearing 22 serving as a support point of the throttle shaft 18. Therefore, the shaft length of the throttle shaft 18 can be shortened, and the load point of a first wire 50 to the throttle drum 38 can be brought close to the throttle shaft 18 further.
