PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure, applicable to a fuel shut-off valve 20 which is capable of achieving superior sealing property with respect to the inside of a fuel tank to the external. SOLUTION: The fuel shut-off valve 20 is provided with a casing 30, at least partly inserted into an installation hole FTc in a tank upper wall FTa to be installed on the tank upper wall FTa, a cover body 50, and a gasket GS. The gasket GS is disposed pressed against the radial direction with respect to a hole sidewall FTf so as to seal between the upper part of the casing 30 and the hole sidewall FTf.
