PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device 1 capable of stabilizing an opening adjustment of a throttle valve in a server usage condition such as heavy vibration. SOLUTION: A rotor core 8 having different magnetic polarities in the circumference direction and a stator core 10 formed of a magnetic body and fixed to a throttle body 4 side are arranged, and between the stator core 10 and the rotor core 8, first and second clearance parts 9a and 9b having different spacies are arranged alternately for generating deviation in magnetic flux density. Consequently, detent torque is generated between the throttle valve 7 connected to the rotor core 8 and the stator core 10 fixed to the throttle body 4. In this way, a force in the throttle valve 7 closing direction can be obtained without requiring any mechanical structural part, and the intake device 1 can stabilize the opening adjustment of the throttle valve 7 independently of a peripheral environment wherein vibration and the like is caused.
