PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small beverage spouting device which can dispense with a gas cylinder, hardly spill beverage when spouting the beverage and prevent excessive bubbles of carbonated beverage. SOLUTION: An operation unit 12 is collapsibly provided above a spouting device body comprising a base part 10 and a movable part 11, a valve mechanism 23 opened/closed by this operation unit 12 is provided, a spout 18 is provided on a side part of the base part 10, an electric pump 45 as a pressurizing pump is provided in the operation unit 12, and compressed air is fed into a beverage vessel B from the electric pump 45 in the operation unit 12 to constitute a spouting mechanism 9 of the small beverage spouting device. By feeding compressed air into the beverage vessel B by driving the electric pump 45 in the operation unit 12 when the operation unit 12 is collapsed by the angle A by a detecting means comprising a pressing unit 35, a fixed terminal 46 and a movable terminal 47, the beverage is smoothly spouted in the beginning of the spouting, the beverage is hardly spilled, and the carbonated beverage is prevented from forming excessive bubbles.
