PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging box which has a suspender extendable as required in a case-shaped hanging box. SOLUTION: In this case-shaped hanging box composed of a front plate 3, a back plate 5, both side plates 2 and 4, a cover plate 7, a bottom plate 9, or the like, the upper part of the back plate 5 has the suspender 13 which is continuously provided with a holding plate 10, a folding-back plate 11, a pair of side U-shaped extendable members 12a and 12b, and a hanging hole 14 successively through folding lines, and a boundary part between the back plate 5 and the holding plate 10 is bored with a cut groove 15.
