摘要 The invention relates to a method for optical detection of characteristic variables of the wavelength-dependent behaviour of an illuminated sample, especially the emission and/or absorption behaviour, preferably the fluorescence and/or luminescence and/or phosphorescence and/or enzyme-activated light emission and/or enzyme-activated fluorescence. At least one spectral centroid and/or a maximum of emission radiation and/or absorbed radiation is determined. The centroid and/or the maximum of the emission radiation of fluorochromes is/are determined for differentiating between different substances and/or for determining the local dye composition of a pixel if several colours are being used simultaneously and/or for determining the local displacement of the emission spectrum according to the local environment to which the dye(s) is/are bonded and/or for measuring emission ratio dyes for determining ion concentrations.
