摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electrofusion joint with an excellent yield by stably holding a connecting place between terminal metal fittings and a resistance wire regardlesss of a high pressure/high speed resin flow at resin press-in filling time and a resin shrink at cooling solidifying time in injection molding in a manufacturing method of the joint for embedding the resistance wire for electrofusion when molding at least a part of a thermoplastic resin joint by the injection molding. SOLUTION: A resistance wire end part surface is worked into a recess/ projection. Copper alloy terminal metal fittings 111 and 112 are press-fitted to a resistance wire end part. Or a terminal metal fitting side surface is worked into a nonslipping recess/projection. The resistance wire end part is welded to this side surface by resistance welding. Or the terminal metal fittings are made of iron. An iron chrome resistance wire or a nichrome terminal metal fitting is welded to a side surface of a terminal by resistance welding to connect the resistance wire 12 and the terminal metal fittings 111 and 112.</p>
