<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside surface resin-clad steel pipe with excellent adhesive property of an outside surface covering resin layer and a steel pipe even under a covering condition at a low temperature. SOLUTION: The purpose is attained by this outside surface resin-covered steel pipe having on a steel pipe outside surface a resin covering layer composed of at least two layers composed of a polyolefinic resin and an olefinic polar resin having a functional group composed of an element other than carbon and hydrogen, and having polarity, and is characterized in that the outermost surface is a polyolefinic resin layer.</p> |
