PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add FRP waste to cement or concrete for the effective use of FRP waste and thereby improve strength and toughness of the solidified concrete product. SOLUTION: The solidified concrete product is manufactured by a method comprising heat treatment of FRP at a temperature at which only organic materials are pyrolytically decomposed, mixing of the heat treated FRP with cement without pulverization and solidification of the concrete.
