PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe cosmetic composition which is healthy to the skin and whitens the skin very effectively. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition contains fermentation metabolites obtained by fermenting the extract of a plant which belongs to coconut palm genus of a palm family with lactic acid bacteria. The cosmetic composition excellently inhibits the tyrosinase activity, improves a skin blemish and a freckle, improves the skin so that the color of the skin may be fair, keeps the skin moist and gives the skin gloss and tension. |
