CHLORINATED VINYL CHLORIDE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SIZING EXTRUSION MOLDING AND SIZING MOLDED FORM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition capable of giving a sizing molded form with good appearance, heat resistance, impact resistance and weatherability. SOLUTION: This chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition for sizing extrusion molding comprises 100 pts.wt. of a chlorinated vinyl chloride- based resin and 3-20 pts.wt. of an acrylic graft rubber copolymer having a glass transition temperature(Tg) of <=0 deg.C and containing 30-90 wt.% of acrylic hollow rubber particles 3-90 vol.% in average porosity in a latex condition. The other objective sizing molded form is produced using the above composition.
