PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cover sheet by stretching a skin material made of bulky three-dimensional woven and knitted fabric along a curve of a sheet frame, the sheet having an excellent appearance, improved cushion property and touch feeling, making a sheet thin, and preventing a map, a magazine, and small articles from scattering. SOLUTION: A sheet frame 21 is formed by a pipe frame. The skin material 25 is formed by the three-dimensional woven and knitted fabric structure comprising a front surface ground fabric 26 and a rear surface ground fabric 27, and an elastic intermediate layer 28. A laterally extending slit 33 is formed on a seat portion 25b of the skin material 25. A housing portion 35 is formed under the slit 33 of the seat portion 25b of the skin material 25. The slit 33 is provided with a fasner 34. A side edge portion 25a of the skin material 25 is detachably attached to a side frame 21b. A rear end of a side frame 21b is formed to be movable on a rear lateral rod 21a by a guide portion 41.
