PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a natural convection is hard to occur in a ventilation layer in an external heat insulation structure, and that a system ventilator does not allow fresh air to evenly circulate through the whose interior spaces to form an under floor space in a comfortable space retaining the same temperature and humidity with other internal spaces. SOLUTION: In a detached house, a natural ventilation layer formed in the following manner: an exterior wall ventilation layer is formed in the gap between an exterior finish material and a heat insulation layer, a roof ventilation layer is formed in the gap between a roof substrate material and the heat insulating layer, and a sealed ventilation layer is formed by blocking the lower ends of the roof substrate material and connecting them to the top ends of the wall exterior finish material. In the detached house, the system ventilator is formed in the following manner: an air outlet for fresh air is arranged in a second floor stair hall and on the ceiling surface of an entrance hall, an air inlet is arranged on the ceiling surface of a second floor habitable room so that the incoming air ventilates through the whole habitable room, a vent hole is arranged on the floor of a first floor habitable room, and an opening for air discharge pipe is arrange on an under floor space section so that the air having circulated through the first habitable room is flowed into the under floor space section, circulated there, then is discharged.
