PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive packing box capable of adjusting the outline and the fitting dimensions of a work to be packed so as to pack works of various kinds of sizes and shapes. SOLUTION: Right and left side frames comprising slender members connected substantially parallel to each other are connected by bottom frames, a center part having a holding frame connecting right and left vertical stays in an elevating/lowering manner and horizontal frames extending in the same direction as the side frames is provided on vertical stays erected upwardly from right and left side frames, and an end frame is connected to an end part of the horizontal frame via a connecting means expandable to the end frame.
