POLYESTER CONTAINER FOR COOKING OIL WITH LABEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester container for cooking oil with a label which is excellent in damp-proof property. SOLUTION: In this polyester container for cooking oil with a label, a heat shrinkable label in which a printed layer is provided on at least one side face of a base film comprising a surface layer comprising a non-crystalline olefinic copolymer and the central layer comprising a propylene copolymer is provided in the polyester container for cooking oil. It is preferable that a glass transition temperature of the non-crystalline olefinic copolymer is within the range from 60 to 80 deg.C. Furthermore, it is suitable that a heat-shrinkable rate of the base film is within the rage from 30 to 80% in a main orientation direction when immerged in hot water of 90 deg.C at 10 sec. A full-shrink label is suitable for the heat shrinkable label. The polyester container for cooking oil may be a polyethylene terephthalate container for cooking oil.
