PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for obtaining swing center of rotary swing visually based on data of actual position changes without obtaining it by theoretical calculation requiring identification of spring constant again. SOLUTION: Position data of a specific section of a swing body is periodically extracted by a position data sampling means 1 to lead out an equation of a straight line passing two adjacent points in a straight line leading-out circuit 2 sequentially, lead out an equation of a vertical line vertical for the straight line and passing a previous point among two points in a vertical line leading-out circuit 3 sequentially, and obtain intersection coordinate of adjacent vertical lines according to the order by an intersection coordinate calculation circuit 4. Symbols indicating partial swing centers are accumulated and displayed at an intersection coordinate position on an orthogonal coordinate face of position data sampling on a display screen of a point position display device 6 by a point display control circuit 5, and the section where the symbols are congested is used as the swing center.
