PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving control device forcibly driving a mortar for opening and closing a display panel provided on an on-vehicle audio apparatus or the like. SOLUTION: This driving control circuit comprises a decision circuit 20 and a panel forced driving circuit 30. When a 'Low' signal is outputted from a power-on terminal T3 by an error operation of a main micro-computer 70, and Acc ON/OFF switch and a panel opening and closing switch 11 are both powered on, the decision circuit 20 outputs a 'High' signal for instructing a motor 51 to drive, to a transistor 31 of the panel forced driving circuit 30, thereby driving the motor 51.
