The invention relates to an acoustic correction and/or insulation device for acoustic waves having an audible frequency, i.e. between 15Hz and 20kHz and preferably between 100 and 5000Hz. The inventive device is characterised in that it is provided with a periodic three-dimensional network of finite dimensions, with a basic cell constituting the elementary mesh of the network. Said cell comprises at least one angular geometric pattern. The geometric pattern is integrated into at least one first base material, produced in at least one second material and provided with a section comprising at least two sides. In this way, a structure is formed using said materials which are juxtaposed and selected to have strongly contrasting acoustic impedances.
