<p>By detecting the GalNAcβ1→4GlcNAcβ1→ structure expressed in the non-reducing end of an Asn type sugar chain of a glycoprotein in a sample prepared from a cancer tissue or milk of a patient with breast cancer, not only the presence/absence of breast caner but also the extent of the progress of the breast caner, the malignancy thereof, postoperative prognosis thereof, etc. can be accurately and effectively judged.</p> |
