METHOD OF INSPECTING JUNCTION OF WATER-PROOF SHEET AND METHOD OF REPAIRING THE JUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate the propriety of the joined double welds of water-proof sheets having an inspection hole in between and instantaneously discover defective spots from the welds in order to improve the quality of the junction between the sheets. SOLUTION: In a method of inspecting junction of water-proof sheet, the junction between the water-proof sheets 1 joined to each other at their welds 3 which are paired to each other through the inspection hole 2 in a double weld structure is inspected. In the method, the junction between the water-proof sheets 1 is inspected by injecting compressed air mixed with white fine powder into the inspection hole 2 through an injection needle 10 after the sheets 1 are welded to each other with the inspection hole 2 in between and discriminating the presence/absence of defective spots in the welds 3 on both sides of the hole 2 by checking the presence/absence of the leakage of white smoke-like compressed air.
