PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device 1 capable of maintaining airtightness between a cover 5 including a connector 5a and a housing part 2b housing a printed wiring board 6. SOLUTION: An intake passage 2, the housing part 2b and the cover 5 are formed of resin material, and the connector 5a protruded on the outside of the cover 5 is formed by integral molding. In a housing part 5c on the inside of the cover 5, the printed wiring board 6 is fixed, and a hermetic part between the cover 5 and an opening end part 21 in the housing part 2b, that is, a seal face 5b of the cover 5 and a seal face 2c of the opening end part 21 are formed flush with each other. In this way, sealing work between the cover and the connector required conventionally can be dispensed with, and when the opening end part 21 of the housing part 2b is hermetically covered with the cover, man- hours for cover 5 installing work can be reduced while the airtightness between the cover and the housing part 2b, and the cover and the connector is surely maintained.
