<p>A process for washing laundry in a washing machine using a water-soluble package containing a detergent composition, the process comprising the steps of:- placing the or each water-soluble package in a flexible receptacle (2), the receptacle (2) having a plurality of apertures (5) for permitting the passage of an aqueous solution there through; and- placing the receptacle (2) having one or more water-soluble packages (10) contained therein in a washing machine together with the laundry to be washed; and- carrying out a washing operation.</p> |
