It is provided a device (1) for the sterilisation-purification in particular a compressed or forced air flow: the device has a casing (2) and at least one linear ultraviolet radiation lamp (20) housed inside the casing: in order to increase the time during which the fluid flow is exposed to the sterilising action of the lamp, while keeping the device as a whole compact in size, the casing (2) houses conveying means (22) defining inside the casing a plurality of purification stages, and containing means (24) or containing the radiation emitted by the lamp (20) in each stage.
