The invention relates to musical television systems. The inventive transmitter comprises a processor controlling audio signals, a processor controlling video signals, a signal processing processor, permanent memory units for storing data of accompanying music and background images, cartridges containing the accompanying music and background images, a commutation matrix, a LCD display, a sound card, internal and external microphones, a mixer, a conditioner of modulated high frequency radio signals and a conditioner of low frequency television signals. TV sets are embodied in such a way that they are enable to receive the modulated high frequency radio signals by the aerial input and the low frequency television signals by the video input. The system is provided with expanded functional capabilities. When the television signals are received by the video input, the absence of non linear high frequency transducers generating material deformations of initial signals, ensures the high quality of the reproduction of voice parts and the background images.
