PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder, and a recording body for use therein, in which surface charges of the recording body generated during print operation can be removed surely through a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The recorder 1 comprises a plate cylinder 2, a recording body 3, an ink roller 4, a blanket cylinder 5, a blanket 6, and a neutralization member 7 wherein ink adhering to the lyophilic part of the recording body 3 is spread to the blanket 6 by means of the ink roller 4. Since charges on the recording body 3 are removed by the grounded neutralization member 7, no paper powder nor talc adhere to the surface of the recording body 3. The recording body 3 is arranged such that the substrate for forming the recording layer is made of a metal (aluminum) substrate, a conductive member comprising fine particles of aluminum, carbon, or the like, is mixed into the recording layer, or the thickness of the recording layer is set not thicker than 1 μm. |
