PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image quality of an ink jet printer from being deteriorated with time due to use of oil-based pigment ink. SOLUTION: A material, which swells by absorbing an oil-based solvent, is mixed into a coated layer, and the absorbed solvent is fixed to prevent movement with time. |
