摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cycle efficiency of a freezing cycle using an ejector 4, and ensure all operation modes where hot water supply operation and indoor cooling/heating operation singly or simultaneously. SOLUTION: An ejector 4 is employed as pressure reduction means for a high pressure refrigerant pressurized in a compressor 1, and a plurality of changeover means 7a to 7j are provided for changing over a flow passage for a refrigerant. Control means 9 changeovers and controls the changeover means 7a to 7j in response to a selected operation mode to form a predetermined refrigerant passage for execution of the selected operation mode. Hereby, since suction pressure into the compressor 1 rises by the ejector 4, a compression work of the compressor 1 can be reduced, and cycle efficiency of a freezing cycle is improved. Further, the provision of the plurality of the changeover 7a to 7j for the changeover of the flow passage for the refrigerant ensures hot water supply operation and indoor cooling/heating operation singly or simultaneously.
