PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical contact structure which can ensure the high reliability of a connection even in the electrical contact structure e.g. between an electrode terminal and a terminal fitting, and to provide a sensor. SOLUTION: An electrode lead 39 which is formed inside an oxygen concentration cell 27 of a detecting element 5 is electrically connected to an electrode terminal 45 on the surface of the cell 27 by a plurality of vias 43. The vias 43 are formed in such a way that a lead frame 13 is situated between contacts coming into contact with the electrode terminal 45. In the same manner, leads 47, 49 which are formed inside a heater 29 are electrically connected to electrode terminals 51, 53 on the surface of the heater 29 by a plurality of vias 55. The vias 55 are formed in such a way that another lead frame 13 is situated between contacts coming into contact with the electrode terminals 51, 53. |
