PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable resin composition having a good adhesion to plastics, more specially polypropylene, metals and glass. SOLUTION: This active energy ray curable resin composition is characterized by containing urethane (meth)acrylate resin [A] formed by reacting trimer of a diisocyanate (a1) with a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxy group (a2) and at least one compound selected from a group consisting of Michael adduct of (meth)acrylic acid [B1] and 2-(meth)acryloyloxyalkyldicarboxylic acid monoester [B2].
