The tachograph disc bundle (12, fig.2) is clamped on the receptacle 14 by a clamping element 17 which is rotatably secured on a rigid flap 16 pivotably mounted in the tray 3. The flap 16 at least partly covers the disc bundle. The flap 16 is mounted in the tachograph in such a way that it can be pivoted at right angles with respect to the recording plane and can be brought into a parallel position with respect to a tachograph disc bundle (12) located in the recording position. The flap 16 has an associated hold-down device 48 which rests resiliently on the tachograph discs separated from the tachograph disc bundle (12).
