SOLUTION: The heat recovery air-cooled chiller unit has a blast chamber A having an air heat exchanger 2 that can freely adjust each air volume of outdoor air and exhaust from an indoor portion for ventilating, a heating medium heat exchange chamber B having a heat medium heat exchanger 8 of a heat medium of a heat source, and a compression chamber C having a compressor 9 that circulates a refrigerant in the air and the heat medium heat exchangers 2 and 8.
