PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag for bag-in-box, which prevents an inner layer bag from being ripped from a spout mounting part when the inner layer bag is pulled out from a double bag with a spout so as to take out contents, and a method for taking out food. SOLUTION: In the inner bag for the bag-in-box, which is equipped with the spout, the inner layer bag is inserted into an outer layer bag, and an inner surface of the outer layer bag is joined to an outer surface of the inner layer bag near both openings. A joint between the inner surface of the outer layer bag and the outer surface of the inner layer bag is provided near the spout on a central side of the bag.
