PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetics having good use feelings such as good spread in application, no greasiness, smoothness after application to the skin, sustained moist feeling, and excellent emulsion stability. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetics comprise (A) inulin and/or hydrolyzed inulin aliphatic acid ester wherein an esterification degree by the fatty acid ester per one monosaccharide unit is 2.2 or more, and 60 mole % or more of the total acyl groups in the ester are one or more than two groups selected from the groups consisting of hexadecanoyl group, octadecanoyl group, eicosanoyl group, and decosanoyl group, and (B) a silicone compound having a specific structure.
