PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a smooth expansion and contraction motion of a reversely standing damper and permanently guarantee the smooth expansion and contraction motion in a strut type case. SOLUTION: The buffer body 1 is constituted of a reversely standing damper 2 in which a rod body 22 is used for the lower side member while using the cylinder body 21 for the upper end side member and an external cylinder 11 slidably interposed under the presence of bearings 3, 4 at the outer periphery of the cylinder body 21. The lower end of the rod body 22 is connected to the lower end of the external cylinder 11 in the arrangement condition of a spherical bearing structure 10.
