PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing construction and its building method for the foundation of a structure capable of effectively avoiding a work on the job site accompanying complexity and difficulty without disturbing the effect of prohibiting the occurrence of excessive sectional stresses to a pile or a foundation of structure as well as a cost increase accompanied. SOLUTION: This bearing construction for the foundation of structure includes bearing members arranged so as to bite a pile (steel pipe pile 1) and a pile (steel pipe pile 1) on the top, and supports the foundation of structure while placing the foundation of structure (footing foundation 11) on the bearing member 2. This construction method comprises a lower side construction process for building a concrete portion (a lower side concrete portion 51) related to the bearing member 2, a positioning process for positioning the bearing member 2 at the upper side of a concrete portion (lower side concrete portion 51) built in the lower side construction process, and an upper side construction process for building a concrete portion (upper side concrete portion 52) related to the upper side of a concrete portion related to the upper side of the concrete portion (lower side concrete portion 51) built in the lower side construction process.
