PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mothproof net having a high adhesive strength of the net to a resin film and making a person incapable of seeing the interior of a room therethrough when the interior of the room is seen from the outside of the room even when a metal resin film is clouded without peeling the resin film by irregularly reflecting from the metal resin film. SOLUTION: This mothproof net is a reticulate net obtained by knitting or weaving a filament yarn of a thermoplastic resin, the filament yarn is tinted with a dark color, and one surface of the reticulate net prepared by knitting or weaving the filament yarn is covered with the resin film comprising a chlorinated polyolefin containing a metal powder.
