PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the cycle life of a secondary battery (time until the secondary battery deteriorates and hence cannot be used any more by charging) efficiently without removing from a radio without using any exclusive measuring instruments. SOLUTION: A data table of cycle characteristic data, namely the data table for indicating the relationship between accumulated usage time (usage time from the time when the battery was not used at all) and an output voltage difference between transmission and reception is stored at a storage section 7, and is used to obtain the cycle life from the output voltage of the secondary battery 10 in transmission and reception for displaying on a display section 8. |
