<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for making a label fitted by heat shrinking on a container such as a plastic or glass bottle which is hardly stretchable and has a light shielding property, stiffness and high tear strength, a label made of the film and a container with the label fitted by heat shrinking. SOLUTION: This film for a heat-shrinkable label is a white film which contains 5-25 wt.% of titanium dioxide and substantially no cavity. More favorably the white film for a heat-shrinkable label is composed of at least 3 layers, that is, the white film layer as an intermediate layer and a substantially colorless, transparent film layer laid on both surfaces. A label made of the film and a container with the label fitted by heat shrinking are also provided.</p> |
