<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which can be used for various kinds of image forming apparatuses from low-speed machines to high-speed machines and which does not cause hot offset or filming. SOLUTION: In the toner for electrostatic printing containing wax and a coloring agent dispersed and mixed in a binder resin, the average diameter of the wax in the binder resin is controlled to the range from 0.1 to 30μm and toner particles having <=5.04μm particle size are included by 1.0 to 2.5 vol.%. In order to easily control the average diameter of the wax, a wax dispersing agent is preferably dispersed and mixed in the binder resin. In order to effectively scrape the matter constituting the filming by the toner of a small particle size, carbon black is preferably used as the coloring agent. To further prevent offset or filming, the volume average particle size of the toner is preferably controlled to the range from 7 to 13μm.</p> |
