PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting attachment for smoothing reliable lift-up and permitting transportation work without requiring a change in form of a slit concrete product and causing an increase in cost. SOLUTION: The lifting attachment comprises base bars 3 formed into approximately angular rods, lifting plates 4 having lifting members projecting crosswise from both side faces of the base bars, and antislipping plates 5 having bodies with angularly cylindrical through-holes through which the base bars pass and projecting members projecting crosswise from both side faces of the bodies. The lifting plate and the antislipping plate project with their projecting directions intersecting each other at about 90 deg., and the antislipping plate is movable in the longitudinal direction of the base bar and non-rotatable with the axial direction of the base bar as an axis of rotation.
