PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling storage box in which a compressor, a condenser, and the like, can be maintained easily by drawing out a cooling unit forward even when the cooling storage box is installed in such a space as the cooling storage box is surrounded except the front side. SOLUTION: The cooling storage box comprises a cooling compartment 21 fixed with a compressor 19 and a condenser 17 and the like; and containing a cooler 15 and a fan 16. Also provided is a cooling unit R which can be stored/ taken in/out a machine room 6, and a chill inlet 7 and a chill outlet 8 made in a thermal insulation box 3 and interconnecting a storage compartment 4 and the machine room 6. The cooling unit R is contained in the machine room 6 from the front side and fixed removably to a thermal insulation box 2. Under a state where the cooling unit R is fixed to the thermal insulation box 3, the cooling compartment 21 communicates with the interior of the storage compartment 4 through the chill inlet 7 and the chill outlet 8.
