PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shifting device for a transmission equipped with a synchronizing device capable of performing the shifting operation smoothly even if a drag torque is generated in a friction clutch which connects and disconnects the driving force to be transmitted from the engine to the transmission. SOLUTION: The shift operation device moves a shift lever for the transmission equipped with synchronizing device in the shifting direction, and when the gear-in operation is to be executed by supplying the power to a shift actuator, the power supplied to the shift actuator is controlled in a pulse form in the period from establishment of synchronization by the synchronizing device to at least the time when the shift stroke position reaches the synchronization ending position.
