PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy directly-opposing expectation items on energy saving for the improvement in desired stirring capacity and stirring efficiency of a motor fan which are assumed to be installed in a frozen environment, such as in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: This motor fan is composed, in such a manner that a blade is biased in the axial direction in relation to a venturi case for an opening end part of the cylindrical inner circumference surface of the venturi case, to cover only the outer circumference edge end in a side which faces the opening end of the blade. Preferably, the length of the blade in the axial direction covered by a venturi case opening end inner circumference surface is 15% or less of the entire length of the blade in the axial direction, or at least a part covered by the venturi case of the blade outer circumferential edge end in a discharge side facing a venturi case opening end is provided with a surface inclined in a radial direction.
