PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output and efficiency of a pump. SOLUTION: In an in-line type pump provided with a rotor 4, having axial flow blades inside of a cylindrical stator 3, fluid sent toward a discharge opening 21 by the axial flow blades is discharged from the discharge opening 21, after converting rotational kinetic energy into static pressure energy in a pressure chamber 7. Consequently, fluid supply efficiency is increased, while reducing the size of a structure, and output and efficiency of the pump can be improved.
